Benny Takatsu's hospitality and good food were famous at Wakkanai Air Station. This photo, taken by Tom Kowalski in late 1968(2nd from the right), was sent to me by Benny Takatsu (standing)the proprietor of Benny's Bee Hive Restaurant and Coffee Shop.
