Lloyd Swanburg was seen riding a bicycle around Wakkanai, one borrowed from the WAS gymnasium. Konsyo Kunihiro, a high school student from a town south of Wakkanai, shot this photo of him, and later mailed it to him. Along with the photo was a completed algebra workbook that had been Konsyo's summer homework assignment. Lloyd was impressed by its rigor.
