Commemorative Medal

It’s some sort of commemorative thingy that was apparently issued before the base was closed/ turned over to the locals.

It’s made of aluminum, so it has no monetary value – I don’t know what the inscriptions read because the University of Maryland closed it’s extension on base the day I arrived there, and I never got a chance to properly learn the language.
